Design work has begun for a new project with Norsman Architects. The project consists of the renovation of an existing single-story / three-story 72,000 sq. ft. building and the internal addition of an approximately 37,000 sq. ft. second floor within the existing single-story area of the building.

Construction has begun at the Spin Nightclub Expansion - 800 W. Belmont Ave. The project consists of the renovation of 7,000 sq ft of the bottom two levels of adjacent existing three-story buildings by Jonathan Splitt Architects.
