Design work has begun for a new project with Booth Hansen. The project consists of a feasibility study for a new approximately 9,000 sq. ft. partial ninth floor addition atop the existing building first constructed in the 1920's. The proposed addition consists of a fitness area, dining room, and exterior green roof deck.

Relocation of Historic Ekdahl House Western Springs, IL

The historic Ekdahl House, a 120 year-old, approximately 500 sq. ft. two-story frame house that once served as the village of Western Springs' first post office has been successfully relocated to it's new home where it will ultimately be converted into a museum.
