Design work has begun for a new project with DMAC Architecture. The project consists of the renovation of the existing three-story 3,100 sq. ft. building and the addition of a three-story 1,000 sq. ft. addition, garage, and approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of exterior balconies, roof top decks, and exterior stairs.
