Design work has concluded for a new multi-family residential project with Norsman Architects. The project consists of the renovation of an approximately 35,000 sq. ft. existing five-story plus basement building and the addition of approximately 40,000 total sq. ft of new construction, divided between three and four-story additions as well as a new landscape-covered parking deck.
